  • Our program is tailored to fit each individual's athletic abilities by adapting workouts to suit their unique strengths and weaknesses. Our team of trainers are highly experienced, having been former high-level athletes themselves and working with athletes for over a decade. We recognize that many young individuals engage in multiple sports and strive to maintain their physical health. We prioritize their overall well-being and focus on helping them achieve their goals without overexerting themselves.

  • We have two facilities available for our clients, one for strength training located at 8 Hartley Street and another for turf training located next door at 150 Bloomfield Avenue. When athletes attend their first session, we request that they check in at our 8 Hartley Street location.

  • We ask our athletes wear athletic shoes or turfs, no cleats please!

  • You can sign your athlete up through MindBody for any of our group sessions (first one is free!). For any inquiries about team training or personal sessions, please contact us directly.

  • To achieve the best results, we recommend that athletes attend our training program two to four times per week, depending on whether they are currently in or out of season. This approach ensures that athletes receive a balanced and effective training regimen that is tailored to their specific needs and goals.

  • Street parking is available along Hartley Street and Bloomfield Avenue

  • While your athlete is training, we invite you to join one of our adult group sessions at Char Fitness Club. We provide 44 classes each week and cater to all levels. Head to charfitnessclub.com for more!

If you’re not into working out, we have a waiting room available where you are able to watch your athlete train.
